What is Web Service Consulting?
Consider Web Service Consulting your first step in getting help, reporting issues, and being connected to resources and teams that can help you arrive at a solution. Web Service Consulting is a service offered by ASU Enterprise Technology Web Services and is available free of charge to the university community.
Web Service Consulting can include a 30-minute session to review issues, an engineer's quick overview to advise on or refer you to helpful links, resources, and documentation with the goal of empowering and equipping your team with the necessary tools to independently address your website challenges.
Partner with Enterprise Technology Web Services
As a project partner, Enterprise Technology Web Services will work with you to build ASU Web Standards compliant websites. When you partner with the Enterprise Technology, you and the Enterprise Technology Web Services team will share in the responsibility of project execution. Work will be based on a mutually agreed upon Service Partnership Agreement (SPA) that will define the scope of your project and responsibilities.

What is a Service Partnership Agreement (SPA)?
A Service Partnership Agreement (SPA) is a mutually agreed upon contract that outlines the responsibilities of involved partners, scope of work, cost and change management procedures. This agreement outlines the terms and duration of the Service Partnership and ensures that all parties understand and agree to the guiding framework of the partnership. ASU departments that are not adequately staffed with engineers or developers might consider an SPA as an option to resourcing their development projects and maintenance needs.
All agreements have a start and end date. You can choose to renew at the end of your current contract or request new projects. Either way, we will consult with you to define the SPA scope and formalize the agreement.
Service costs are reviewed annually during the renewal process and are subject to change. Learn more about SPA offerings and pricing.
